 he conference will be held at Kultuurikatel, Tallinn Creative Hub—a renovat
 ed historic power plant transformed into a modern and sustainable venue wit
 h versatile conference and event spaces.\n\nTallinn offers a unique combina
 tion of a well-preserved medieval Old Town listed as a UNESCO World Heritag
 e Site, high-quality restaurants, and a compact city layout where key locat
 ions are within walking distance. Estonia is also recognised for its advanc
 ed digital governance and national eHealth system, which has been in operat
